Free webcam frames for OBS

A frame that sits over your camera with your name on a plate. Pick the camera’s shape and width and the frame is drawn to fit it, glow and corner details included.

What you can change

  • Camera shape: widescreen, 4:3, square, portrait or vertical
  • Camera width, frame thickness and roundness
  • Name plate text, position and style, with an optional red live dot
  • Colors, glow and font

In every style

One in each of the 14 styles, and each style has a whole matching set. Pick one to open it in the editor.

Add it to OBS in two steps

  1. 1
Open one above and change anything: the words, colors, fonts and size. Add your name and channels once under Your stream and they fill in by themselves.
  2. 2
Click Add to OBS and drag the button onto your OBS preview. OBS adds it as a browser source at the right size.

Not using OBS, or dragging doesn’t work? The setup guide covers adding it by hand.

Questions

How do I line it up with my camera?
In OBS, put the frame above your camera source, then size the camera to fill the opening. The editor shows the camera width, so the two match.
Does it work with a vertical or square camera?
Yes. Choose portrait, vertical 9:16 or square and the frame and name plate follow.
Can I hide the name plate?
Yes. Turn it off, or keep just the text without a plate.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every template is free to use and change, with no account, no watermark and nothing to install. Your settings live in the overlay’s own link.
Does it work outside OBS?
Yes. It’s a web page, so it works in any app with a browser source: Streamlabs Desktop, Meld, XSplit and others. Add a browser source with the link and the size the editor shows.
